Postage and Refunds

Deliveries are made using Royal Mail Special delivery and a signature will be required.

Please allow up to one week for delivery, although most orders will be sent 24 hours after purchase.

Prints are sent in large cardboard tubes protected by acid free tissue paper.

Cushions are packaged in branded gift boxes also protected by acid free tissue paper.

Please note that non-UK shipments might be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be made by the customer.




If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please inform us via an email within 14 days of receiving the package.
We will be happy to provide a refund when you return the package to us in a resalable condition, which includes all the packaging. Prints must be returned without creases, dents or tears.

Refunded will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned package. In the event of a delay refunds will be made within 28 days.

Please return the package using the original packaging and via recorded delivery with the appropriate insurance. Will not be responsible for items that are lost or returned damaged.
